Download the recovered PSD file

The download link becomes available immediately after the recovery process is complete. You can use it directly from the website or use the copy sent to your email (if it was specified when placing the order).

All recovered materials are stored on the service's secure servers for a strictly limited time — 30 calendar days from the date of uploading the original damaged document. After this period, the original PSD file, the recovered file, preview screenshots, service logs, and auxiliary data are automatically deleted without the possibility of recovery.

Recommendations for saving

To avoid repeating the recovery procedure, we strongly recommend that you immediately save the received file in a secure location:

on your computer's hard drive,
on an external drive,
in cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.).

This will prevent data loss if the storage period on the server expires.

If you have problems opening the file

In rare cases, errors or incorrect display of content may occur when opening a recovered project in Adobe Photoshop. In this situation, we recommend:

Checking your version of Photoshop — sometimes older versions do not support certain features or layers.
Trying to open the file on another computer or in a newer version of the program.
If necessary, contact the service's technical support, indicating the order number and attaching a description of the problem.

If you did not manage to download the file within the specified period, you will need to repeat the recovery procedure by uploading the damaged document again.
